Vallaire Group was founded by Antoinette Stewart, a healthcare operations professional with 15 years experience across healthcare administration, indirect patient care, customer service, clinic operations and leadership.

Throughout her career, Antoinette has worked within complex healthcare environments where strong administrative systems, clear processes, and effective teams are essential to keeping operations moving. Her experience has given her firsthand insight into the challenges healthcare organizations face as they manage growth, changing demands, and day-to-day responsibilities. She founded Vallaire Group to bring that experience to independent and growing practices  helping leaders strengthen their foundation through practical, sustainable solutions.
